On May 11, the Software Engineering Competence Center-SECC hosted an event titled ‘Business Drivers for the Software Industry’ at Al Masah Hotel in Cairo. As a CMMI Level 3-certified company, ITWORX Education was invited to share its experience with the attendees on the impact of process improvement on business opportunities and growth. The presentation was delivered by Noha Amin, ITWorx Education Delivery Director for Products and Services, and Dalia Anan, ITWORX Operational Excellence Senior Manager.
The event was held under the auspices of HE Khaled Negm, Egypt’s Minister of Communication and IT.The CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is a process improvement framework that guides organizations in high-performance operations, and is required by many government contracts, especially in software development.
